All the healthy advice out there promotes eating more fish and less red meat. Having only really started enjoying fish as an adult, I’m always a little intimidated as to how to cook it. A little bit of Greek – Spanakopita!
I love making these little triangular treats! They are so expensive in the shops but really easy and cheap to make, especially if you buy your feta from buyersbasket.club! They are great for an easy weekend lunch, (paired with a little salad) and my boys love them in their lunch boxes. A great way to get children to eat spinach!

I tried the granola recipe from the “Raising Superheroes” recipe book by Tim Noakes. It was delicious and the kids really thought it was a treat! It makes for a very quick breakfast and is loaded with good oils and slow release energy that will keep them going through the morning. So much better than store bought cereals!
