All the healthy advice out there promotes eating more fish and less red meat. Having only really started enjoying fish as an adult, I’m always a little intimidated as to how to cook it. I came across these recipes which appealed to me. They didn’t involve to many unknown ingredients, used the 3 varieties of fish we stock on buyersbasket.club and looked easy to put together. I tried the granola recipe from the “Raising Superheroes” recipe book by Tim Noakes. It was delicious and the kids really thought it was a treat! It makes for a very quick breakfast and is loaded with good oils and slow release energy that will keep them going through the morning. So much better than store bought cereals!
