Back bacon contains meat from the loin in the middle of the back of the pig. It is a very lean, meaty cut of bacon, with less fat compared to other cuts

Uses/ideas: breakfast lunch or supper, with eggs, on a sandwich with avocado or on its own, add to pasta or home made pizza, wrap around chicken breast or over a whole roasted chicken.

Storage: allow 1kg pack to defrost slightly, then divide into smaller portion sizes, wrap in cling wrap and freeze. Thaw as and when required.
