Uses/ideas: breakfast lunch or supper, with eggs, on a sandwich with avocado or on its own, add to pasta or home made pizza, wrap around chicken breast or over a whole roasted chicken.

Storage: allow to defrost slightly, then divide into smaller portion sizes, wrap in cling wrap, freeze. Thaw as and when required.
